LiFT: Tell us about your book, the journey of writing it and its content.
Abishek: Writing for children can be a wild ride. It is full of ups and downs, but success will depend on your tenacity to stay on that bucking bronco.
It’s storytime, for children and their “grown-up!”. This is the story of four teens who are in their fourteens – in the unknown reaches of time. You can count on an awe-inspiring fantasy world that is beyond possible, the grace of the characters living in their unique way, and the newest adventure paths that cross often. With new companions everywhere and new encounters every step of the way… Will our smartest heroes overcome the terrifying hurdles? Do our four heroes have any prophecy to complete? More magical battles are happening don’t miss any of them.
Now, you might be wondering: what exactly will our four heroes do? The one thing that unites this fantasy novel is, of course, the tantalizing buildup of suspense. Abishek: Before the Flames Could Rest – The key focus of this narrative is fire, as well as the suspense that surrounds it. What happens before the flames could rest? What happens if the flames do not quieten down? Who knew!! To create that tantalising suspense, I picked this title.
LiFT: When did you realize that you want to be a writer and what’s your inspiration behind it?
Abishek: It was never a better time to be an author—or to aspire to become one. TBH my inspiration was only “Songs and series” no authors and journalists.
LiFT: Where do you see yourself ten years down the line in the world of literature?
Abishek: A bookshelf brimming with Abishek’s children’s books. To see my characters on big screens and to have a large number of young readers.
LiFT: How much do you think marketing or quality of a book is necessary to promote a particular book and increase its readers?
Abishek: And this is where I need to tell my second bio from the third person’s point of view.

Abishek: Equality, Kindness, Love, Always help. – This world needs it.
LiFT: What do you do apart from writing?
Abishek: 9 to 5 job, my dad runs the ‘CVR Greengrocer,’ I help him – Weekends, fundraising activities.
LiFT: What are the activities you resort to when you face a writer’s block?
Abishek: I simply do nothing. Leave it and begin the following day – thankfully, there will be much in your dreams that will inspire you to write the next day.
