Sayali Kunden is from Pune and the author of the book Life of employee. To add to her professional career, she has completed her Master’s Degree (MBA) from Bharati Vidhyapeeth Deemed to be University and is also Digital Transformation Certified. Belonging to a film industrialist background, she has also completed Ad Flim Making Course from AAFT.

LiFT: Tell us about your book, the journey of writing it and its content.

Sayali Kunden: Life of Employee is based on real life story of a girl from Pune
The journey of writing this book was not that easy until I publish it, which took 5 years in completing this book.
Each and every content of this book was more important for me and a very challenging task and I didn’t want to rush and work slow and steadily on this book.

LiFT: Why you chose this title?

Sayali Kunden: I choose this title of my book “Life of Employee”
Employees working in an IT organization, nobody is asking how much they need to struggle to get successful.

LiFT: When did you realize that you want to be a writer and what’s your inspiration behind it?

Sayali Kunden: It was 2018 when I finally decided to become an writer, because my struggles and experiences, that time it was difficult to make decision, should I become a writer or an motivational speaker.

LiFT: Where do you see yourself ten years down the line in the world of literature?

Sayali Kunden: 10 years is a big question. But yes, more successful in Authorship.

LiFT: How much do you think marketing or quality of a book is necessary to promote a particular book and increase its readers?

Sayali Kunden: It is more important in marketing of a book and reaching very great audience, without marketing and promotions you will never reach the audience. Unless the interest raises for readers.

LiFT: What is the message you want to spread among folks with your writings?

Sayali Kunden: Been more productive and consistent.

LiFT: What do you do apart from writing?

Sayali Kunden: I work in an IT company.

LiFT: What are the activities you resort to when you face a writer’s block?

Sayali Kunden: Writing a book is not that easy, you need lots of patience, consistency and dedication to fulfill your goal.

LiFT: What if your story will be adopted as a movie? Whom would you want to work as a director or actors in it?

Sayali Kunden: Belonging from a Film industrialist background, I surely think that my book gets adopted for a movie.
And I would really go for Genelia D’Souza.

LiFT: Are you working on your next book? If yes, please tell us something about it.

Sayali Kunden: Yes I am working on my next book.
But an fiction for sure.

LiFT: What are your suggestions to the budding writers/poets so that they could improve their writing skills?

Sayali Kunden: The more you read the more you write.
